# 10 from my 35 things to do when I am 35….Take a class and learn something new

I took an electroforming class from Amy Reeves at Tacoma Metal Arts Center a few weeks back.

Prior to the class she sent out a note that you could varnish any items that you’d like to work on as part of the class to expedite the process.

I picked up a variety of items out of my garden (dried) and used various varnish/shelak on them and let them dry for two days prior.

I attended one of the two day weekend class and was able to take home some amazing copper forms!

I will write more later about the process.  I cannot wait to incorporate these into wearable objects!
